House had everything available for taking the family to the beach. outdoor shower was a good so we didn't track sand in the house. Gas BBQ worked well. very well decorated and felt very homey. Felt like a beach house with the decorations. very safe area and quiet for sleeping. Clearwater beach area had a lot more action, but for a family I'd recommend this location. Fans in every room kept the house cool. house is shaded well from the sun.
